TRIWO Hahn Airport recorded significant increases in both passenger and cargo handling in the first quarter of 2025. Over 440,000 passengers and approximately 22,000 tons of cargo were handled. Managing Director Rüdiger Franke expressed satisfaction with the development and expected continued positive figures for the year.

Passenger numbers on the rise

In the first quarter of 2025, Hahn welcomed more than 440,000 , an increase of over 30 percent compared to the same period last year. Franke expects to handle around 2.2 million passengers by the end of the year.

Demand remains stable, but it is crucial to constantly adapt to technological advances.

In 2024, approximately 1.9 million passengers used the airport, representing a twelve percent increase over the previous year. Since May 2023, TRIWO AG has been part of the airport company GmbH.
