| Agency commission | If the order is placed through an advertising or media agency, we grant a 15% AE commission on the net amount of the invoice. |
| Payment terms | The invoice is issued when the order is placed. The invoice must be paid within 14 days of the invoice being issued. |
| Cancellation period | Booked campaigns can be canceled free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the campaign at the latest. After this period, the full order amount becomes due. |
