Mobility (NYSE: EVEX; EVEXW) has signed a binding framework agreement with Revo. The contract covers the purchase of up to 50 electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, as well as services for their deployment and aftercare. This agreement marks ‘s transition from development to implementation as a leading provider in urban mobility.

CEO Johann Bordais stated that this agreement confirms the company’s confidence in ‘s technology and operating model, while also announcing a significant milestone in its conceptual implementation. Launch of Revo and the São Paulo market

The agreement also means that Revo will serve as the launch operator for ‘s eVTOLs in São Paulo starting in the fourth quarter of 2027. São Paulo, one of the most dynamic markets for mobility, boasts over 400 registered helicopters and nearly 2,000 daily takeoffs and landings. Revo CEO Joao Welsh emphasized ‘s mature technology and the company’s extensive support as key factors in the partnership decision.
