Since late March 2013, a total of nine participants from Myanmar have been attending advanced training courses for the Eurocopter AS350 Ecureuil aircraft type in Augsburg. Six technicians are completing the Theoretical & Practical Maintenance Engineers Aircraft Type Training (EASA Part 147 Approved – Eurocopter AS350 with Turbomeca Arriel 2B1), while three avionics specialists are simultaneously undergoing the AS350B3 Part B2 Training course.

While the B1 course primarily covers the topics of airframe, systems, and powerplant – consisting of both theoretical and practical instruction – the AS350B3 Part B2 Training course focuses specifically on avionics and consists exclusively of theoretical instruction. These nationally and internationally recognized Part 147 courses are conducted in English and conclude with examinations covering the training content.

The instruction sessions – conducted largely directly on the AS 350 B3 helicopter – combined with the on-site services provided, consistently elicit exclusively positive feedback from graduates. From airport pickup and catering to accommodation options, this personalized, all-inclusive package is always gratefully utilized.

Based on positive customer feedback in other training segments, Heli Aviation anticipates continued strong international interest in its TRAINING ACADEMY – specifically regarding helicopter pilot training and advanced training programs.
