Following the great success of AERO 2025, the fairnamic GmbH team is focusing on the further development of the AERO Business Aviation Show Hub for AERO 2026. The upcoming event will take place from April 22 to 25, 2026, in Friedrichshafen, with a planned expansion of the exhibition space and improved flight connections.
Successful premiere and continuous development
The fairnamic GmbH team explains that the successful implementation of the first AERO Business Aviation Show Hub in 2025 was a significant milestone, which now forms the basis for the upcoming improvements for AERO 2026. Project Manager Tobias Bretzel emphasizes that the feedback and the outstanding results of the previous event will serve as motivation to further develop the event both qualitatively and quantitatively. The Business Aviation Static Display will be expanded both on the airport side and along the A-axis of the exhibition grounds to reach an even broader audience.
Business Aviation Dome: Enlargement of the exhibition space
For the 2026 edition, AERO plans to significantly expand the Business Aviation Dome by doubling the exhibition space. This measure is intended to offer attendees a more comprehensive and immersive experience. Organizers expect this expansion, combined with a more diverse lineup of business aircraft, to attract visitors from all over the world. AERO 2025 already featured over 320 aircraft from more than 760 exhibitors from 38 countries.
Strengthening international reach
Robin Tiburtius of Myle GmbH says they intend to expand the event’s position as a leading show for general aviation to include business aviation. Thanks to intensive collaboration with partners from the charter sector, the team is working on improving flight connections to Friedrichshafen during the show. This initiative is increasingly viewed as an essential component for attracting an international audience. Networking is a high priority, supported by an expanded conference program and engaging supporting events.
Focus on networking and partnerships
The Executive Team emphasizes that networking will play a central role at AERO 2026. In addition to the professional events, the environment will be used to foster valuable relationships between exhibitors, potential customers, and international partners. This will ensure that AERO maintains its charming and down-to-earth atmosphere while serving as a hub for cooperation within the business aviation community.
